Customer Reviews
Cute stuff for baby shower
I needed something cute for a baby shower and found 'body neonato personalizzati' here. It was super easy to design, and it arrived looking just like the preview. My friend loved it! Shipping wasn't super fast, but it got here before the party, so no big deal. The site was easy to use, and I'd probably order again if I needed another unique gift.
Always reliable for gifts
This is my third time ordering from Dolci Pensieri Gift. I got a 'tazza personalizzata' this time, and just like my previous orders for 'sacchetti portaconfetti', everything was perfect. The quality is consistently good, and the customization is always spot on. They really deliver what's promised. It's why I keep coming back when I need something special.
Good value for graduation gifts
I was looking for 'bomboniere laurea' for my sister's graduation and found some good options here. The prices were competitive, especially since I needed a few dozen. I also found a deal for free shipping on orders over a certain amount, which saved me a bit. Everything arrived well-packaged and looked nice. For the cost, I felt I got a good deal.
Fast shipping, nice product
I bought a 'portachiavi inciso'. It shipped quickly. The engraving looked good. Happy with the purchase. No complaints.
Detailed review of my order
I placed an order for 'cornici personalizzate' as thank you gifts. The ordering process was straightforward; I uploaded my design and received a digital proof for approval, which was a nice touch. Delivery took 8 business days from Italy to New York, arriving well within the estimated timeframe. Each frame was individually wrapped, preventing any damage during transit. The engraving was precise, and the material quality exceeded my expectations for the price point. I also contacted customer support with a question about bulk pricing before ordering, and they responded within 24 hours with clear information. Overall, a smooth and satisfactory experience from start to finish.
Good quality, delivery a bit slow
I ordered some 'bomboniere battesimo' for my nephew's christening. The customization options were great, and the final product was exactly as I had hoped. The quality of the materials felt good for the price. The only downside was that shipping took a bit longer than I expected, about 10 days to get to my home in California. It arrived in time, but I was checking the tracking often. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was helpful.
